An experiment in rhythm (5/4) and in vocal and guitar textures.

The vocals are running through various filters, and layered with a vocoder track playing various melodies to change the notes of the voice.

The whole sound itself gets chopped and broken a lot in this song (and the next), I feel it really works for this one.

This song is Kinematic (the study of motion), it was about trying to create something that moves, while bending and breaking as many of the rules as possible, a fun experiment!

Once the guitars and vocals began, this song became something else to me, this one really means quite a bit to me.

This seems to happen to me often, songs that begin as experiments often end up as something I could have never expected.
